Job Summary
Complete and manage client intakes in the EMR system with accuracy, organizing and maintaining all client documentation. Conduct and document client drug testing (BAC/UA), greet visitors with professionalism, and support clients in following program rules. Provide detailed "observe and report" documentation and communicate clearly with the Operations Manager and Program Director while monitoring supplies and assisting with overall facility organization. This steady daytime role (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) requires a Registered Recovery Worker credential and CPR/First Aid certification, placing you within a mission-driven team dedicated to helping individuals on their path to recovery.
Required Qualifications
- Substance Use Disorder Credential
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Registered recovery worker (RADT-1, SUDRC, or equivalent)
- CPR & First Aid certification
- willingness to obtain CPR & First Aid certification
- Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or related field
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
