Job Summary
Support Staff On Call at Benjamin Franklin Charter School's Power Elementary campus. Responsibilities include supervising students on the playground and during lunch, assisting ESS and Kindergarten students in small groups, cafeteria setup and cleanup, and front-desk office support. Maintain a safe, positive environment, follow BFCS policies, be punctual and ready for shifts, and collaborate with teachers and staff. Required qualities include reliability, adaptability, professionalism, and the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues; includes complying with background checks and safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Will be required to pass a criminal background check upon hire
- Duties involve walking, standing, lifting up to 25 pounds; may require up to 50 pounds occasionally
