Job Summary
Support Staff for Carletto restaurant delivering food and coordinating between kitchen and dining room; ensure dishes meet presentation and temperature standards, verify plate cleanliness, deliver food promptly, manage timing for each table, maintain knowledge of menu items, assist servers and kitchen staff, clear plates, and collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams while adhering to service, hygiene, and safety standards; requires English and French communication, at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ability to work under pressure, flexible schedule including evenings/weekends/holidays, and valid work permit; hourly pay with employee benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Flexible schedule with availability on evenings, weekends and holidays
- Valid work permit required
