Support Staff

Assist individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in a residential group home with daily living skills, personal care, meals, and routines. Support medical needs and appointments while following individualized support and behavior plans. Encourage community involvement and social engagement, and complete routine overnight safety checks where applicable. Work collaboratively as part of a compassionate team to build trusting relationships that encourage independence. Requires a high school diploma, valid Connecticut driver's license, and ability to obtain DDS Medication Certification, CPR, and First Aid.
