Job Summary
Monitor clients, transport them for treatment, and maintain a safe environment while documenting all occurrences in housing software. Coordinate care and services, perform facility compliance checks, and manage general housekeeping, inventory, meal prep, and property maintenance. Conduct alcohol and drug testing, ensure client accountability, and operate a 15-passenger van. Maintain a positive attitude when clients are argumentative, requiring high patience and shift flexibility including weekends. Full-time position with overnight shifts available.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of recovery programs including The 12 Steps, Smart Recovery, etc.
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
- Shift Flexibility
- Take direction well
- Team player
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Food Handler's Card
- Negative TB Test
- Knowledge of Windows
- Basic email
- Microsoft Word
- timekeeping software
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minutes
- Ability to operate 15-passenger van
- Ability to work at least one weekend day/night shift in their scheduled work week
- High level of patience
