Job Summary
Support Specialist at Zocks in a hybrid Denver-based role. You will troubleshoot complex issues across video, phone, chat, and email; drive adoption by teaching users about features; capture user insights to influence product and engineering; and maintain high-quality verbal and written communication. Candidates should have 2-5 years of client-facing experience, a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and a passion for AI tools (prompt engineering is a plus), and the motivation to thrive in a startup environment.
