Job Summary
NOCO is seeking a Product and Customer Support Specialist responsible for providing first-class customer support, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to NOCO products. The role includes managing customer interactions via chat, email, and phone and requires strong problem-solving skills and self-management capabilities for remote work. Successful candidates will have experience in technical and customer support and operate from a home office.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical and customer support experience for a physical product, not a service.
- Competency in self-diagnosing computer/internet connectivity issues to minimize downtime.
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Google Docs/Sheets/Slides and Microsoft Office.
- Advanced computer skills and computer navigation.
- Ability to be a team player and communicate effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills and patience.
