Job Summary
Provide support to clients for the Pyramid Platform, Red Bell system, and related applications; train new users; identify and test potential enhancements; collaborate with development to meet business and client needs; respond to requests via email/phone; ensure features meet client requirements and are tested prior to production; strong Excel/Word skills and real estate domain experience (REO, Rental Management, Loss Mitigation, Real Estate Acquisition, Short Sales); requires clear communication and time-management skills; HS diploma required; salary range $17.50-$25.00 hourly; 20 days PTO, holidays, parental leave, and comprehensive benefits; based in Salt Lake City, UT.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Real Estate background in REO, Rental Management, Loss Mitigation, Real Estate Acquisition, or Short Sales
- Excellent organization, time management, prioritization
- Ability to communicate with management, clients and technical staff
- Self-motivation and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
