Job Summary
Maintain all electronic and paper student records, including background checks, immunizations, and NCLEX scores, while serving as a liaison to authenticate and distribute official transcripts. Track community hours, run operational reports, and build residential term schedules in Campus Nexus. Organize commencement ceremonies, advisory meetings, and campus events; refresh bulletin boards and manage social media outlets. Process invoices, manage the community calendar, and oversee front desk activities such as answering calls, onboarding new hires, and guiding Student Ambassadors. Monitor student attendance, assist with accreditation visits, and handle facility maintenance requests. Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends to support campus operations efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years' experience working in a fast paced, service-focused setting
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage interruptions while delivering within tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular, proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point and Word
- Proven customer service in a professional environment
- Must be self-motivated, flexible, patient and solutions-oriented
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in an institution of higher learning preferred
- Customer or student information system experience preferred
