Job Summary
Provide technical and customer support for Qualifacts' behavioral health software solutions (CareLogic, Credible, InSync) via Cases, Live Chat, and Phone Support. Interpret customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and optimize software performance to ensure timely and accurate resolutions while meeting ticket productivity and SLA/SLO goals. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, maintain professional demeanor, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Role requires onsite support in the Vadodara office, with responsibilities spanning low to moderate complexity/priority requests across the customer lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; High School diploma with relevant EHR/Software customer service or behavioral health agency experience may substitute for undergraduate degree
- 1 year of related experience
