Job Summary
Understand, categorize, and diagnose customer requests quickly via email, chat, phone, and social media. Stay on top of production issues and suggest creative workarounds to coach users. Document all interactions, issues, and resolutions, ensuring full resolution through follow-ups or status checks on escalated matters. Provide assistance in onboarding and training processes for products and services. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Requires 3+ years in a veterinary hospital, Instinct EMR experience, and availability for overnight and weekend shifts. Compensation is $50,000-$60,000 with medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of veterinary terminology and workflows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of customer inquiries
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult or unexpected situations
- Empathic and caring attitude, even when faced with stressful situations
- Availability to work overnights and weekends
- 3+ years experience in a veterinary hospital
- Experience using or installing Instinct EMR
