Job Summary
Provide Tier 2 Microsoft 365 support for Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Yammer and the Power Platform; troubleshoot, administer user/group permissions, security settings, and group policies; perform daily system monitoring, incident management, root cause analysis, and create/update documentation. Collaborate with IT and vendors, participate in compliance activities, and support on-call/after-hours outages. Must have 3+ years of Microsoft 365 administration with hands-on experience across Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Graph API, and PowerShell scripting; comfortable working in hybrid Exchange/O365 environments and supporting mailflow and security configurations. BS/MS in Computer Science or related field; strong customer-service mindset and ability to communicate effectively across stakeholders.
