Job Summary
Support Specialist for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central providing day-to-day user support across finance, operations, supply chain, sales, and other departments; troubleshoot and resolve system and posting errors; manage support tickets; assist with upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts; create and maintain user guides, SOPs, and troubleshooting steps; train and onboard new users; design and execute test cases for changes; opportunity to own ERP projects in an international environment; work in a hybrid Berlin-based IT environment; 3+ years of BC NAV experience; strong BC module knowledge in Finance and Procurement; excellent communication for non-technical users; ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting; continuous professional development and training opportunities; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)
- Strong understanding of core BC modules, such as Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets), Procurement
- Ability to diagnose and resolve functional and technical issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with non-technical users
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility through hybrid work options and a modern IT environment
- Training and onboarding responsibilities
- Documentation and testing responsibilities
- Experience with system upgrades, patches, and feature rollouts
- Ability to design and execute test cases for system changes, enhancements, and bug fixes
