Job Summary

Intake Coordinator for the Family Advocacy Division who will gather information, triage needs for victim services, coordinate with FAD staff, recruit mental health providers, and support data collection and program initiatives. Responsibilities include coordinating all intakes, monitoring Get-Help inbox/voicemail, ensuring accurate case documentation, liaising with mental health providers, planning and supporting training/events, and performing additional duties to support division initiatives. Key skills include strong written and verbal communication, data organization and reporting, ability to manage multiple tasks, proficiency with word processing/spreadsheets/databases, confidentiality, adaptability, and teamwork. Spanish language ability is a plus; Salesforce experience is beneficial.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services, criminal justice, or related victim services field; commensurate five-year professional experience will be considered in lieu of degree
  • Prior administrative support experience
  • General experience with program metrics, data collection, and reporting
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
