Job Summary
Support Specialist responsible for providing administrative and technical support to patients, providers, and pharmacies using telehealth services; include onboarding, visit preparation, payment collection, patient tracking, prescription handling, record tracking, triage, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration; ensure HIPAA compliance and exceptional customer service; rotate through a mandatory schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; strong communication, troubleshooting, and ability to explain product features; familiarity with Zendesk and Google products; knowledge of medical terminology is a bonus.
