Support Specialist - Brain Injury Services

Provide direct support to individuals with medical, physical, cognitive, and socioemotional needs in completing daily activities, including personal care, meal prep, cleaning, and leisure. Assist with personal care and hygiene as needed, promote independence and personal growth, and administer medications in accordance with MAP regulations. Report any significant health, behavioral, or psychiatric concerns and document all maintenance or safety issues to ensure a clean and safe environment. Requires a high school diploma, experience working with intellectually disabled or brain injured adults, and the ability to drive a residence van with a valid Massachusetts driver's license. Schedule is Friday and Saturday, 3pm-11pm (16 hours). Hourly rate is $20.50.
