Job Summary
In the Support Specialist role, represent Fetch and serve as the connection between users and behind-the-scenes teams. Handle app-based email interactions, troubleshoot technical issues, educate users on new features, and maintain up-to-date knowledge in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position supporting 2nd shift (3pm-11pm CST) with options to work remotely within the United States, or from one of the US offices (Madison, Chicago, or Birmingham). The role emphasizes customer retention, clear communication across technical backgrounds, and collaboration with a largely remote team. Preferred qualifications include extensive technical knowledge and fluency in written Spanish.
