Job Summary
Provide structured, high-quality technical support within the Petal ecosystem, handling first-line and Level 2 tickets via Zendesk; guide clients in understanding and optimizing product features; participate in configuration tasks within client environments; support healthcare organizations and their users, including physicians and professionals; communicate clearly with diverse clients in both English and French; work in a Montréal or Québec City office with in-person presence required; schedule 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.; requires government security clearance and a standard background check; contributes to customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring effective deployment support and optimal use of solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in technical support or ticket management
- Ability to communicate clearly with unilingual English-speaking clients located outside Quebec (English and French proficiency preferred)
- Bilingual in English and French preferred
- Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work a 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. schedule
- In-person office-based role in Montréal or Québec City
