Support Services Supervisor

Direct engineering department employees at the mine site to support mining operations through civil, reclamation, design, construction, utility relocation, dewatering, and environmental expertise. Develop budget estimating and tracking for capital and O&M projects, managing short- and long-term engineering tasks including design, problem solving, analysis, and project evaluation. Create annual capital and O&M budgets that meet corporate objectives while providing direct contractor management, cost control, and oversight for vendor selection. Supervise 1 to 4 personnel delivering project management and construction support, representing the company in regulatory negotiations with the RRC, TXDOT, and MSHA to ensure compliance. Eliminate inefficiencies within project scope and execution while implementing known schedules and executing company safety policies.
