Job Summary
Provide customer service for Herc Rentals customers via calls, including after-hours support for urgent rental requests and emergencies. Process requests to create, add, or change user profiles in the web-based tool and document interactions in Herc CRM Salesforce. Coordinate inbound requests, escalate issues per policy, place orders in RentalMan, and support internal/external ProControl tasks. Maintain KPIs related to response time and quality, participate in daily outbound survey calls, and follow company procedures. Must be flexible to work weekends, nights, and holidays. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of customer service experience, and basic Word/Excel skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1 year of Customer Service/Support experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel programs
