Job Summary
Plans, organizes, and completes activities involving the inspection, evaluation, and maintenance status of assets owned or leased by Oklahoma Human Services in the assigned geographical area; serves as a liaison for internal and external support services; responsible for agency-wide onboarding equipment deployments and standard office-supply orders for staff and locations agency-wide; monitors contracts for services and goods in areas assigned and acts as the primary building contact for locations in the region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and one year of professional or technical administrative experience in business or public administration
- equivalent combination of education and experience (substituting one year of qualifying experience for each year of required education)
- ability to work independently and coordinate a wide variety of activities
- strong written and oral communication skills
- knowledge of state leasing standards, state statutes, federal laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines related to property management
- experience with information systems and basic computer operating systems
- ability to monitor contracts and serve as primary contact for locations
