Job Summary
Administrative and operational support to the Administrative Division of the United States Attorney’s Office, Southern District of Florida. The Contractor role supports Administration, Support Services, Procurement, and Facilities, requiring strong organizational, communication, and technical skills, ability to prepare documents from drafts, manage filing and mail, assist with inventory and minor repairs, and perform physical tasks up to 50 lbs. Must have five years of relevant experience, and a valid driver's license. Proficiency with word processing and basic computer apps, plus 40 wpm typing and excellent organizational skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in administrative, professional, or technical roles related to areas such as procurement, property management, office management, contract administration, or similar fields
- Valid driver’s license required
- Proficiency in word processing software and basic computer applications
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
- Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs.
