Job Summary
Conduct guest-facing support by acknowledging patrons, maintaining positive body language, and assisting with table maintenance throughout service. Run food accurately and with urgency, confirming dishes before leaving the kitchen and communicating allergies or modifications appropriately. Clear, sanitize, and reset tables to Sava's standards while managing water levels and ensuring service stations remain fully stocked. Respond immediately to kitchen calls for "Hands," perform opening and closing side work, and communicate low products or operational needs proactively. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment, standing and moving for extended periods while safely lifting up to 40 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older, subject to applicable work and scheduling restrictions
- Reliable transportation or a dependable way to arrive for every scheduled shift
- Dependable and punctual attendance
- Availability to work a flexible restaurant schedule including weekends, evenings, holidays, football weekends, and special events
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout a shift
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, twist, and move throughout the restaurant
- Ability to safely lift and carry approximately 25 to 40 pounds
