Job Summary
The Support Representative at boomtime will assist customers with incoming requests via phone or email, acting as a technical resource for customers using the company's products and services. Responsibilities include helping customers and teammates through tickets and real-time discussions with a focus on problem-solving, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly. Required qualifications include at least 2 years of experience in a marketing-driven role, knowledge of social media for business marketing, familiarity with digital marketing concepts, basic technical knowledge including HTML, Google Analytics, and experience with CMS like WordPress. Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years working in a marketing-driven position in a client or agency environment
- Knowledge of social media as used for business marketing (specifically LinkedIn, Facebook a plus)
- Understanding of and familiarity with digital marketing concepts, tactics, and tools
- Basic knowledge of HTML / HTML5, JavaScript, DNS, Google analytics
- Basic knowledge of email system integration for web services
- Familiar with Windows OS functionality
- Knowledge of websites driven by content management systems (CMS, specifically WordPress, CSS knowledge preferred)
- Knowledge of Google performance and keyword search, AdWords and FB/IG Ads (preferred but can be taught), Google Analytics, G Suite, campaigns, and monthly reporting
- Google Certification is desired but not a requirement
