Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans. Record session data accurately using electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families. Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations. All positions start off part-time with a 6-month commitment. No minimum case requirement; paid training provided. Ideal for those with experience in education/early childhood development, childcare, youth mentoring, or related roles; opportunities for fellowship and internship to accumulate hours; access to referral bonuses. Must hold High school diploma or equivalent and RBT certification before working.
