Job Summary
Entry-level ABA Therapist role in Jersey City, NJ providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with Autism. Services delivered in clients' homes or community locations with flexible afternoon/evening part-time shifts; training provided. Responsibilities include implementing skill-building and care plans, accurately recording session data, fostering a positive learning environment, and collaborating with families and BCBA Supervisors to optimize treatment. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be willing to learn, and demonstrate patience and compassion; must complete the 40-hour RBT course. 6-month commitment requested.
