Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans. Record session data accurately using electronic devices while fostering a positive learning environment. Collaborate with families and BCBA supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness. Services are delivered in clients' homes or community-based locations, with all positions starting part-time. Candidates must complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course and commit to a minimum of six months. No prior ABA experience is required; comprehensive training is provided.
