Job Summary
Entry-level ABA Therapist provides one-on-one ABA services to clients, implements skill-building and care plans under supervision, records session data, fosters a positive learning environment, and collaborates with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness. Training is provided and roles are part-time with flexible afternoon/evening shifts in clients' homes or community-based locations. Ideal for those pursuing experience in education or related fields and looking to start a career in ABA and psychology.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- must take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
