Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans, recording session data with electronic devices, and fostering a positive learning environment for clients while collaborating with families and other providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and passion for helping individuals with Autism
- Patience and compassionate demeanor
- Reliable transportation
- No prior experience required
- Ability to work in clients' homes or community settings
- Ability to commit to at least 6 months
- Encouraged to pursue 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
