Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans, recording session data, and collaborating with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. This part-time role is an entry-point into ABA/psychology work and is suited for college students or individuals seeking flexible schedules with opportunities for advancement; encouraged to pursue the 40-hour RBT training. Services will be delivered in clients' homes or community settings. Great fit for those with experience in education, paraprofessional roles, or behavioral health fields seeking part-time hours with meaningful impact.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and passion for helping individuals with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Reliable transportation
- Encouraged to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
- Minimum 6 month commitment required
- No prior experience required in ABA (entry point)
- Experience in Education or special education or related roles is a plus (not required)
