Job Summary
Analytical portfolio-management professional to support monetization, pricing, and lifecycle management of SaaS/customer success service offerings. Responsibilities include developing pricing strategies, performing pricing analyses and financial modeling, maintaining pricing documentation and discount guidelines, evaluating customer adoption and revenue performance, and supporting go-to-market pricing, packaging, and renewals. Collaborates with Product Management, Finance, Sales, Renewal teams, and other stakeholders; develops service packages and tiers; builds reports and dashboards to track portfolio performance; supports market research, competitive benchmarking, and opportunity identification in SaaS/cloud/customer success contexts. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Salesforce reporting are preferred; bachelor’s degree and 4-8 years of relevant experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in Product Management, Business Operations, Finance, Consulting, Customer Success, Professional Services, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and priorities.
