Job Summary
Greet and assist all guests promptly and courteously while responding quickly to guest needs or escalating issues for immediate assistance. Clear, set, and pre-buss tables efficiently, then run food and beverage orders to ensure timely service. Maintain service stations, including bus bins, trash removal, and stock rotation, while monitoring, cleaning, and stocking public restrooms as needed. Perform assigned Running Sidework and Closing Sidework duties, follow proper food safety practices consistently, and execute tasks as directed by the Manager on Duty to ensure guests have an enjoyable experience from arrival to departure. Must be at least 18 years old, available for weekends and holidays, and able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old or have verifiable parental consent
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Strong oral communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to stay organized, multitask, and work efficiently under pressure
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
