Job Summary
Support Operations Specialist (North America) responsible for onboarding US partners, adapting processes and training materials to US market, and ensuring smooth technical configurations. Conducts webinars and training sessions to boost platform usage; analyzes partner KPIs and identifies upsell opportunities. Serves as the Single Point of Contact for bugs and operational issues, coordinating internal resolution with IT, Finance, and Marketing. Drives efficiency by automating recurring workflows and leveraging AI tools; translates field feedback into Product Roadmap recommendations. Senior, tech-savvy professional with strong communication and a customer-success/operations mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Senior-level professional with 5+ years in Customer Success, SaaS Implementation, or Operations
- Proven experience in workflow automation tools
- Strong ability to host webinars and conduct training sessions
- Excellent communicational and pedagogical skills; strong commercial mindset for upsell opportunities
- Proficiency in English; Spanish a strong plus
- Ability to design onboarding and integration journeys for US partners
- Experience coordinating across IT, Finance, and Marketing to resolve issues
- Ability to translate field feedback into concrete product roadmap suggestions
- Experience with AI tools and automation to improve productivity
