Job Summary
Provide high-quality administrative support to the MSD unit, including handling incoming/outgoing mail, attaching relevant documents, scanning, data entry, and maintaining computer systems. Responsibilities also include maintaining site premises and equipment, ordering stationery/supplies, supporting site events, and promoting a safe and healthy work environment. Key skills include intermediate Microsoft Office, strong written and verbal communication, high attention to detail, teamwork, initiative, and effective time management.
Required Qualifications
