Job Summary

Support Office & Contract Administration Assistant in Germany (Darmstadt) with responsibilities across contract administration and invoice processing. Duties include preparation of financial data for customers, processing confirmations and invoices in SAP, preparation and consolidation of documents and timesheets, management of RfOs, governance tracking, BERs and overtime handling, invoice creation and distribution, month-end un-billed revenue support, bid support, and general contract-management activities. Also responsible for reception and office administration, office purchases, procurement (stationery/hardware), mobile phone administration, company cars, post handling, and uploading documents to DocuSign. Requires a proactive, highly organized, detail-focused, team-oriented candidate with strong communication skills, proficient MS Excel and Word (Microsoft 365), and German/English fluency; SAP experience is a plus.
