Job Summary
Coordinate daily logistics support by answering consumer inquiries via phone and email, resolving delivery challenges for drivers and clients, and monitoring orders through the Transport Management System. Proactively identify potential delivery risks and immediately coordinate corrective actions with planning, the warehouse, and drivers to prevent issues. Serve as the central communication link ensuring smooth operations across all stakeholders while maintaining detailed oversight of thousands of successful deliveries.
Required Qualifications
- 21 jaar of ouder
- Goed Nederlands spreekt en schrijft
- Je ook prima kunt redden in het Engels
- Sterk communiceert, zowel telefonisch als via mail
- Nauwkeurig werkt en oog heeft voor detail
- Handig is met computers en nieuwe systemen snel oppakt
- Graag samenwerkt, maar ook zelfstandig beslissingen durft te nemen
