Job Summary
Support Manager for CTcue in healthcare IT who acts as the first point of contact for users, clarifies needs, and independently resolves functional and data-related questions. Works across incident- and issue-management, analyzes bugs in data and functionality, prioritizes and routes issues to development teams, and serves as a bridge between business and technical units. Responsibilities include communicating progress to stakeholders, providing input for product improvements and new features, assisting with technical account management, and delivering training to users to maximize effective use of the tool. Requires a completed Bachelor degree; medical or technical background is a plus, with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; fluency in Dutch and English; ability to explain complex material clearly and work proactively in a dynamic environment. Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.
