Support Lead

Re-image temporary laptops by applying the approved Golden Image, enforcing naming conventions, and ensuring compliance with security policies and Intune configurations. Collect user devices, verify data backups in OneDrive, and restore user data post-imaging while confirming accessibility. Liaise with security, patching, and operation teams to manage Active Directory, Endpoint Central, and asset management updates. Deliver configured devices to end-users, address technical issues, and submit weekly compliance, asset, and patching reports.
