Job Summary
Support Lead manages front end operations and staff under store leadership to Wow the Customer, drive sales, and maintain cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities include cash handling, leading front end operations, training and coaching associates, opening/closing procedures, supervising staff, aligning with corporate communications, payroll support, merchandising, and achieving key metrics such as CSAT, sales, and expense controls. Requires at least 1 year of management experience and a high school diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred. Must demonstrate professional communication, multi-tasking, and leadership capabilities in a retail environment.
