Job Summary
Support Lead at Five Below responsible for training crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, overseeing daily store activities and staff performance, handling opening/closing procedures and cash security, assisting with receiving and stocking, and driving sales through optimization of merchandising and customer service. Highlights include acting as Manager on Duty when needed, onboarding and ongoing training of associates, and collaboration with the store leadership team to ensure efficient operations and a positive guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends; may include overnight shifts and travel as required
