Job Summary
Support Lead responsible for overseeing store crew, training on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, and ensuring a fast, friendly checkout. Oversees daily activities of store associates, assists with receiving and stocking, acts as Manager on Duty when needed, opens/closes the store, secures cash, and coordinates with the leadership team on merchandising and operations. Drives store sales, controls expenses, maintains stockroom and cleanliness, and supports onboarding and ongoing training to improve performance. Requires ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and potential overnight shifts; involves frequent customer interaction, cash handling, and physical tasks such as stocking and moving merchandise up to 25 lbs and climbing ladders. Maintains compliance with store policies and provides equal opportunity employment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- College experience preferred
- Minimum 1 years of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
