Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by managing opening and closing procedures, supervising crew members, and ensuring all associates deliver the B.E.S.T. customer service experience. Direct staff training on store policies, product knowledge, and operational procedures while actively driving sales through optimized merchandising and expense control. Handle urgent issues as Manager on Duty, manage receiving and stock organization, and perform store maintenance tasks including cleaning and stocking. Requires flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts. Hourly position starting at $12.50.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Minimum 1 years of management experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)
- Must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures
- Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time
