Job Summary
Lead store operations and crew development at a Five Below location. Responsibilities include training crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience for fast, friendly checkouts; overseeing daily activities and ensuring staff perform duties effectively; assisting with receiving and organizing stock; acting as Manager on Duty when needed; opening/closing the store and securing cash; onboarding and ongoing training of associates; driving sales and controlling expenses through merchandising and staff performance; coordinating with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery; performing routine store maintenance and ensuring operational readiness. Requires High School graduate and at least 1 year of management experience; flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
