Job Summary
Oversee store operations and people at a Five Below location as a part-time Support Lead. Responsible for training crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, coaching the team to deliver fast, friendly checkout, acting as Manager on Duty when needed, and supervising opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and daily store tasks. Help onboard and train associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures; drive sales through merchandising, staff performance, and customer service improvements; coordinate with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery; perform maintenance and ensure a smooth daily operation. Requires high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least one year of management experience; strong verbal/written communication, multitasking, creativity, and ability to stay composed under pressure. Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts; travel as required. Equal opportunity employer.
