Job Summary
Lead role at Five Below focusing on store operations and customer experience. Responsible for training crew on the BEST customer service experience, overseeing daily activities of store associates, assisting with receiving and stocking, acting as Manager on Duty when needed, opening/closing the store including cash handling and security, onboarding and training of associates, driving sales and controlling expenses through merchandising and team performance, and performing store maintenance. Requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends. Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
