Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by managing opening and closing procedures, ensuring cash security, and acting as Manager on Duty for urgent issues. Train crew members on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience and drive sales through optimized merchandising and staff performance. Handle receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock while performing store maintenance such as cleaning bathrooms and sweeping. Support associate onboarding and continuous training on policies and product knowledge. Assist with World Recovery procedures and partner with store leadership on merchandising. Requires flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts. Starting hourly rate is $15.50.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Minimum 1 years of management experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to perform all essential job functions in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws
- Ability to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures
- Ability to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time
- Ability to frequently operate cash register
- Ability to frequently move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently ascend/descend ladders
- Ability to frequently position self to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop
- Ability to frequently communicate and exchange information with customers on the telephone and face-to-face
- Ability to frequently move across the sales floor assisting customers
