Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by managing opening and closing procedures, supervising crew members, and acting as Manager on Duty for urgent issues. Train associates on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, drive sales through merchandising optimization, and control expenses. Handle receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock while performing maintenance tasks like cleaning and sweeping. Support onboarding efforts to ensure staff proficiency in store policies and product knowledge. Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts at an hourly rate of $13.27.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Minimum 1 years of management experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs
- Ability to place/remove merchandise up to a height of 5-10 feet
- Ability to ascend/descend ladders
- Ability to position self to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop
- Ability to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time
- Ability to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures
