Job Summary
Support Lead responsible for overseeing store operations and guest experience at Five Below in a part-time role. Responsibilities include training crew on the BEST customer service experience, supervising daily activities of store associates, assisting with receiving and stocking, acting as Manager on Duty when needed, opening/closing procedures, onboarding and training of associates, driving sales by optimizing merchandising and customer service, and coordinating with the store leadership team. Requires ability to multi-task, excellent communication, and flexible scheduling; physical duties include moving merchandise and stock room tasks. Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day/evening/weekends/overnight shifts
- Must be able to move and handle merchandise
- Prior store operations/leadership experience preferred
