Job Summary
Support Lead responsible for coaching crew on the BEST customer-service experience, overseeing daily store activities, training new associates, opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security, and driving store sales through merchandising and staffing optimization. Requires management experience, strong communication, ability to multi-task, and a flexible schedule (day, evening, weekends, and overnight shifts). Emphasizes leadership, onboarding and ongoing training, and ensuring a fast, friendly checkout experience in a Five Below store.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
