Job Summary
Part-time Support Lead at Five Below responsible for training crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, overseeing daily store operations, and ensuring a fast, friendly checkout. You will open/close the store, handle cash securely, supervise associates, assist with receiving and stocking, and act as Manager on Duty as needed. You’ll drive sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance, support onboarding and ongoing training, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. Strong communication, multitasking, and flexibility to work varied shifts are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Flexible schedule
